What a good book! Fun to read, lots of action, humor, and adventure. I was so relieved to see the imptovrment from the first book. It was such a weary trudge.

Kat is back, and she is better than ever. She can stand up for herself with antogonizing all around her. And this means she can do the one thing most important to her, protect those she cares for.

There are a few loose ends that didn't get taken care of. What is the secret of her sword? Who is Eli, and what role will he play? How will they resolve the crimes of Duke Ikarus?

And how will Finlay Ashawan react to events in Troivack?

It was a good book, I hope you enjoy it.
